Brad has been with H&M since 1982, primarily focusing on Assurance, Tax, Management Advisory Services, and business and individual financial planning.

Brad's professional experience prior to joining H&M was with the firm Deloitte & Touche. His expertise is in the area of Assurance, Tax, and Advisory Services with large industries in manufacturing, agri-business, professional services, engineering and closely held businesses and their owners. He enjoys leading discussions on board fiduciary responsibilities, business controls and analytics, and faith-based financial planning.

During his time with the international firm Deloitte & Touche, he served with the Entrepreneurial Business Services Department where he learned about audit, accounting and tax issues in emerging businesses.

For years Brad has been asked to speak on various subjects including the Life Long Learning Programs, business and individual financial planning. His experience and training has allowed him to provide value to his clients and audiences by focusing on the difference between board fiduciary and management responsibilities. He leads discussions on business controls and analytical areas, helping consumers understand the importance of industry benchmarking.

Businesses and individuals have different needs at different stages of their lives. Brad enjoys the challenge of providing financial planning advice tailored to these different and ever changing needs.
