Bob has been with Holbrook & Manter since 1979, primarily focusing on Tax Services and the Business Services and Solutions Group. He has over 30 years experience in public accounting with a concentration in healthcare, including physician and medical practices (single and multi-specialty). When Bob is not helping medical practices navigate through their many challenges and changes in today’s dynamic environment, he is very busy helping closely and family owned businesses reach their maximum potential. Bob is also involved in the firm's quality and peer review program.
His expertise lies in corporate strategy, corporate finance, business planning, personal financial planning, and corporate tax planning, compliance and estate and trust planning. Additionally, Bob works closely with the Firm’s Health Care Services Team, which he leads, addressing physician compensation strategies as well as ownership modeling. He also specializes in compilation, review and management consulting. Bob has been a frequent presenter for various tax education seminars for clients and other professional associations.
