For well over 100 years, Holbrook & Manter has provided accounting, tax, and audit services to closely held and family-owned business owners. We are employee-owned and have several locations across Ohio.

Our administrative team is the key backbone of our operation. They are a vital part of our team, which strives to provide superior service to our valued clients.  We are looking for a new Administrative Assistant for our Marysville, Ohio office. This is an in-office position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a full-time position January through April (with part time after April being a possible consideration for the right candidate).

The ideal candidate has previous customer service and office environment experiences. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should be equipped to help with multiple tasks on a daily basis. We work in a deadline-oriented industry and the right candidate needs to be comfortable with various deadlines coming into play throughout the year.  We are looking for someone who is organized, shows excellent attention to detail and can communicate effectively with our internal team and with our current and prospective clients.

The right candidate has experience working with Microsoft Office products. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors that enter our office, supporting team members with various needs, processing tax returns and other general office duties.
