October has arrived and that means the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon is upon us! You will be able to see Holbrook & Manter along the race route for the third year in a row. We are so very proud to be a race day sponsor again!
Since 2012, the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon has raised $13 million and counting for life-saving research and care. We have been supporting Nationwide Children’s Hospital in various ways for well over a decade and when the marathon rolls around, we push our support into high gear.
This year we tried something new and fun in an effort to raise funds to support the hospital. Led by H&M principal Brian Ravencraft who served as our official auctioneer, we recently held a virtual auction for our team members. Various items were auctioned off- everything from Holbrook & Manter branded swag to gift cards and handbags. All of the proceeds go to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. It was such a fun event, and we will absolutely be making it an annual virtual event.
On race weekend we will have team members volunteering their time at race packet pick-up for runners. We will also have team members taking part in race weekend events. We will report back all month as we prepare to take to the streets on Sunday, October 19, 2025 to support Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
