Holbrook & Manter Announces Acquisition
Holbrook & Manter, CPAs and Professional Services Firm with offices in Columbus, Dublin, Marion and Marysville has acquired DJG Financial Consulting, LLC. A large portion of DJG Financial Consulting, LLC’s focus revolves around Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and reporting.
As part of this acquisition DJG Financial Consulting, LLC’s president, Mr. David Gruber, CPA (inactive), will be joining H&M and will serve as H&M’s Director of Risk Advisory Services. Mr. Gruber has extensive, high-level experience performing these types of engagements for various public companies. As part of his broader responsibilities, Mr. Gruber will also lend his expertise to Service Organization Controls (SOC) examinations and internal audit support.

Mr. Gruber has over 29 years of experience in accounting, financial and consulting roles. He is a graduate of Miami University. He resides in Westerville with his wife Kathy and two sons, Danny and Jason. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and golfing.
