Position Summary:
Holbrook & Manter has been providing accounting, tax, and audit services to closely held and family-owned businesses for over 100 years. We are employee-owned and operate several offices across Ohio.
Our administrative team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional client service. We are seeking a seasonal Administrative Assistant for our Marion office. This is an on-site position offering 20-30 hours per week, from mid-January through mid-April.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake and organize client tax documents
- Scan and process client documents
- Print and process income tax returns (paper and electronic)
- Process and distribute client organizers
- Manage electronic document signatures via Adobe Sign
- Handle client communications, including phone calls and mailings
- Provide general administrative support to team members
