Mark has been a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner for 20+ years and is a Principal with Holbrook & Manter, CPAs. Before joining Holbrook & Manter, CPAs, he gained experience in the audit division of Ernst & Young, LLP in the Columbus, Ohio office and also at another Columbus accounting firm.
At H&M, Mark advises clients and small businesses by giving them timely and accurate financial information while helping them strengthen their internal controls.

Mark performs Assurance Services for a wide variety of middle-market companies across the Central Ohio region. Mark also leads a team that performs SOC Assurance Engagements for companies across the United States. Mark is also qualified to perform System and Engagement Peer Reviews for other CPA firms.
Mark also works on Employee Benefit Plan Audits for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans.
