Position Description: 

Our administrative team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional client service. We are seeking a seasonal Administrative Assistant for our Marysville office. This is an on-site position offering up to 40 hours per week, from mid-January through mid-April.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake and organize client tax documents 
  • Scan and process client documents 
  • Print and process income tax returns (paper and electronic) 
  • Process and distribute client tax organizers 
  • Manage electronic document signatures via Adobe Sign 
  • Handle client communications, including phone calls and mailings 
  • Provide general administrative support to team members
