Mark joined Holbrook & Manter in 2023. Prior to that, he was a partner in a successful, long-standing CPA firm in Akron, Ohio.
Mark’s professional memberships and organizations include: Past Chairman of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review Committee, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Past President of the Akron Executives Association; he has also served on various local boards in different capacities.

He received his professional education at The University of Akron; he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Major: Accounting).
Mark has 40+ years of public accounting experience. His hobbies and leisure activities include golf, enjoying the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. He’s married to Linda since 1986 and they have two adult children, Mark Jr. and Stephanie (married to Dennis), and one granddaughter, Addelyn Mae.
