Seth joined Conrad, Leibold, Woerner & Co. in October of 2018 and has been with the Holbrook & Manter team as tax director since the two firms joined in 2021. He has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience and currently serves his clients in a variety of industries including agriculture, professional services, real estate and other closely held businesses.
Seth is a graduate of North Union High School who started his career in 1992 with Holbrook & Manter when they operated as Holbrook, Manter, Nichols, & Rogers. He has also practiced in Cincinnati and Columbus. After spending several years as a corporate controller at a manufacturing company in Lewis Center, he joined Richwood Bank as chief financial officer, and from there went back to his roots in public accounting.
Seth attended Ohio Northern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
